The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to select a Proponent to provide progressive design build services for the redevelopment of the James Cowan Theatre wing (new theatre and studios wing at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts).The Design Builder will bring progressive design build expertise to assist the owner, the City of Burnaby (“City”) through the various phases of the James Cowan Theatre Redevelopment Project (Project), as identified in this RFP. Only the following Pre-Qualified Design Builders from RFQ# 201-07-22 Pre-Qualification Design Builder are invited to submit a Proposal to this project: 1. Ledcor Construction Limited 2. Ellisdon Corporation 3. Kinetic Construction Ltd. |
