The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain Proposals from qualified, authorized, and experienced Proponents to provide Security Awareness Training and a Phishing Simulation solution to meet the City’s current and future needs in the area of information security education, and conducting phishing simulation, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.
