The Owner invites tenders for:


The project involves the structural rehabilitation of the Burnaby Lake Bridge Pier situated at the Burnaby Lake Pavilion, 6871 Roberts St, Burnaby, BC. The scope of work encompasses the replacement of the composite concrete deck, upgrading of railings, and the replacement of timber stringers and pile caps. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of utilities, installation of lighting systems, and the construction of a new south approach ramp supported on helical piles and all works incidental thereto as shown on the drawings.
