The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the City of Burnaby (“City”) to obtain Proposals from qualified and experienced Consultants to provide utility locating and mapping services on an “as and when required” basis, as further detailed herein.

The initial contract term will be for a two (2) year period with options for three (3), one (1) year renewals for a total possible term of five (5) years, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions and requirements.
