The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced firms to select a Proponent to provide construction management and construction services (collectively, “Construction Management at Risk”) for the Burnaby Animal Shelter (BAS) renewal project, as further detailed herein.

Only the following Pre-Qualified Construction Managers from RFQ #48-02-24 Pre-Qualification of GC and CM at Risk for Projects up to $5M are invited to submit a Proposal to this project:

An OPTIONAL site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 at 2:00pm PST. The design team and representatives from the City will be present for the site meeting. Pre-Qualified Construction Managers and their subtrades are to meet at the Burnaby Animal Shelter, located at 3202 Norland Avenue, Burnaby.
